Land Bank

The City has formed a Land Bank. What is a Land Bank? A land bank is a public entity that acquires, manages, and redevelops vacant, abandoned, or tax-foreclosed properties to benefit the public. There are benefits if you want to donate a property to the Land Bank. If you want to buy a property from the Land Bank for development you can contact City Hall. The objective of the Land Bank is to improve the community, prevent blight, and turn low-value properties into assets.
